Shipping Policy

All our packages are sustainably wrapped and boxed. 

You will receive a tracking number via email as provided at checkout.

Orders are processed within 8 business days, each candle is hand made bespoke to your order. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order within the UK.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out Monday morning.

Shipping to the EU and other countries may vary considerably due to Brexit. 

We use Royal Mail to carrier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout out the United Kingdom. If you are not within this area you may incur extra postage fee. If this is the case, you will be notified to pay the postal fee for the area. 

If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item.

If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly returns/exchanges are acceptable, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer.

If your package has been marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
