Wake Up Early
There is no better refreshment than waking up early to greet the dawn.
To realign your circadian rhythm, wake up consistently up with the sun to share in a moment of meditation, get your thoughts organized for the day, and maximize your day’s potential.
We love warming our hands with a cup of chai as we take a few precious minutes for ourselves before the official start to our day.
Write It Down
Whether it be your thoughts, goals, or to-do list for the week, there is no better way to compartmentalize than to write things down.

Due to being in a society that so often values “hustle culture” over taking the time to unwind, it can be all too easy to burn yourself out without even realizing. Remember: relaxation isn’t a luxury– it’s a crucial component of good mental and emotional health.

To soften the transition, we recommend preparing for the coming week. Can you meal prep? Set your alarms? Lay out clothes? Anything you can do now are tasks you don’t have to do later.
